All business submissions undergo a review process. We reserve the right to:

• Edit or modify listings for accuracy and consistency
• Remove listings that violate our policies or are no longer accurate

Data Sources and Validation

To ensure accuracy and completeness, we use multiple data sources to validate business information:

• Overture Maps - We use Overture Maps data via Google BigQuery to verify business locations, addresses, and geographic information. This helps us validate and cross-reference submitted information.
• OpenStreetMap - Geographic data from OpenStreetMap is used to verify location accuracy and provide context.
• Google Maps - We use Google Maps services for geocoding and location verification to ensure addresses are accurate and complete.
• Government and Tourism Agencies - We reference official government databases and tourism agency websites to verify business registration, operating status, and other official information.
• Public Directories - We may cross-reference information with public business directories and registries.

By submitting a business, you acknowledge that we may use these sources to validate and enhance your listing information.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security
• Spam or harass other users or businesses
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on Turispot, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Turispot or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

By submitting content (including business listings, photos, reviews, or comments), you grant Turispot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content but grant us the right to use it as described.

Third-Party Content

Some content on Turispot comes from third-party sources:

• Business information may be sourced from Overture Maps, OpenStreetMap, and other public data sources
• Geographic data is provided by mapping services
• Icons and UI components use open-source libraries (see Credits section)

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all business listings. Business information may change, and we rely on multiple data sources that may contain errors or outdated information.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services.

No Warranty
